It’s crazy how it feels so long ago that I was capturing this intimate Breckenridge, Colorado winter elopement for Bianca and Bryant.

These two drove down from their hometown of Omaha, Nebraska for a simple mountainside vow ceremony — just the two of them. Well, not exactly…they couldn’t leave out their two doodles! We walked through feet of snow on a cliffside trail and stopped at a spot with a snowy Rocky Mountain view. They read their vows to each other, The Avett Brothers playing softly in the background, and signed their marriage certificate on each other’s backs.

These two knew good and well that you didn’t have to break the bank or have a million people involved to get married. One of my all-time favorite elopements…and not just because they so kindly shared a slice of their little wedding cake with me.
