On a foggy, winter afternoon I met Kelli and Nathan in Boulder, Colorado for their Chautauqua Park mini session they won in a contest on my Instagram. Colorado in the winter months is always a mystery. You could have a beautiful sunny day or snow and fog. This session was a cold one — between rolling film (I hardly could move my fingers) and taking different shots, I let Kelli use my hand warmers and told them to put on their jackets! The wonderful thing is, their joy and love for one another blankets the weather — you can’t even tell how cold it was.
