I met Elizabeth and Graham on a cold, windy November day last year for some couple’s portraits on Monte Sano. Huntsville is special in the fact that it is located in the very foothills of the Appalachian mountains. We experience valley life but also have the opportunity to look down from “the top”, at a carpet of trees. One of my favorite places to do so is Monte Sano State Park. At this time, the trees were just beginning to change their colors from the popular green to tinges of yellow and orange.
This was on one of the colder days, where we had to take hand warming breaks and wear jackets between shots. I’d say it was worth it!
