The second I heard from Leigh I knew she was building something special.

We decided to take her business portraits on York Street. Which, if you didn’t know, is where historic homes sit on every corner and beautiful vines abound. I could tell Leigh was on the right track when she told me about the ideas behind her new business (I can’t wait to tell y’all about it when it launches)! I always, always, always love supporting gals with big dreams – especially when it means they’re starting their own business – because Lord knows, I get it. And let’s face it – the best thing you can do for your new business start-up is have professional photos for it.

I might be biased but I would totally have my own business portraits taken on York Street.

And get this: not only is Leigh a fellow girl boss but she’s also FROM THE SOUTH. Yes, the South. And not only the South – but Alabama. So, naturally, we get along juuuust fine! We both moved to Denver from the North Alabama area (such a small world).
