Southern Autumn Tennessee Wedding

In a little place called Belvidere, Tennessee, sits Herd Farms; a simple yet southern wedding venue with green pastures and a two-story barn. This spot was the perfect for Nicole and Chase’s southern autumn Tennessee wedding. Nicole and her bridesmaids got ready in the downstairs of the barn while Chase and his groomsmen did the same just a few feet away.

They had their ceremony atop a green hill, overlooking a rolling landscape in the distance. Wooden benches and barrels with tall floral arrangements lined the perimeter of the aisle and a full burgundy-accented floral arch created the outdoor altar. Nicole and Chase chose to have berry tones spread throughout their bouquets and boutonnieres; the perfect ode to Autumn. After their friends and family watched them exchange vows, Nicole and Chase had communion for two, their first time as husband and wife.

I loved their ceremony exit as newlyweds — guests showered them with fresh flower petals on the way to the reception. There they cut cake, passed the bouquet on to someone else, and danced until it was time to go.
